I grew up learning the joy of a hands-on, homegrown lifestyle—mornings spent in the garden, evenings making meals from scratch. I've grown gardens that put fresh food on my table, raised all of the farm animals and mastered traditional skills that allow me to truly nurture my family. I’ve lived this lifestyle in every way possible, and I know what it’s like to juggle it all while raising a family and staying busy.

But getting started can feel overwhelming—trust me, I’ve been there. It’s easy to wonder if you’ll have the time, space, or skills to grow your own food, bake delicious meals, or incorporate traditional skills into your life. I’m here to show you that it’s not only possible, but that it can fit seamlessly into your busy life with the right guidance.

With my agricultural science background (a B.S. in Animal and Dairy Science and an M.S. in Agriculture), 6.5 years of teaching high school and college agriculture courses, and decades of personal experience, I’ve helped thousands of women just like you build confidence in creating a lifestyle that’s rooted in health, joy, and simplicity.

After a major health scare in 2020, I realized how powerful these practices are for supporting overall wellness. Now, I’m on a mission to teach this lifestyle in a way that not only feeds your family but also nourishes your health and happiness.

THE TIME WON'T WORK FOR ME AT 12 PM EST. CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

Yes!

While the challenge will begin every day at 12 PM Eastern, you'll still be able to watch the replays if you can't attend. That said, please make EVERY EFFORT to attend on time as you'll benefit greatly from how interactive the challenge is. If you simply cannot make a session, you'll want to be sure to watch the replay later the same day so you don't fall behind.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE
CHALLENGE?

The best way to get the most out of the Seeking Simplicity Challenge is to set aside time each day to fully engage with the live lessons and Q&A sessions if you have a VIP ticket. Here’s how you can prepare:

1️⃣ Mark Your Calendar: Block off 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. ET from December 1st-5th to join the live sessions. If you upgrade to VIP, the daily Q&A sessions will start right after the general session.

2️⃣ Create a quiet space: Find a spot where you can focus, take notes, and reflect on what you’re learning without interruptions.

3️⃣ Print the workbook! The challenge workbook isn't just a pretty collection of papers. It's a tool that we'll use and reference frequently during the challenge, so you'll want to have it handy.

Even if life gets busy, try to watch each lesson that day (even if it's the replay) to avoid getting behind. What we're sharing builds on each other and it's truly life changing!
